Shipping policy

At Vela & Lux, we strive to ensure your beautiful lighting fixtures are delivered safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping operations, timeframes, and policies below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We offer delivery across the United States. However, to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of our lighting fixtures, there are a few exceptions.

We DO NOT ship to:

1. P.O. Boxes

2. Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

3. U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

2. Shipping Costs & Timeframes

We are thrilled to offer free shipping on all eligible orders within our delivery area!

- Order Cut-Off Time: 11:00 AM (Pacific Time). Orders placed after this time will be considered placed on the next business day.

- Total Delivery Time: Please note that the total delivery time is the sum of the Processing Time plus the Transit Time.

3. Order Processing

Ship-from location is our business address: 4091 Camellia Ave, Studio City, CA 91604.

Business days run from Monday to Friday.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey. We use UPS/FedEx as our shipping carriers.

4. Address Changes & Accuracy

We understand that mistakes happen during checkout. If you need to update or change your shipping address, please note our strict timeframe:

- Within 24 Hours: You can request an address change or correction within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team immediately.

- After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, we can no longer accept address modifications, as your order will already be deep into the fulfillment and dispatch process.

Important Disclaimer Regarding Address Accuracy:

Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Vela & Lux is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed deliveries, or return-to-sender fees resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses provided by the customer.
