How long does the Trade Program approval process take?

Non-tax-exempt accounts will be approved within 1 business day, allowing you to shop with your discount immediately. Tax-exempt applications require manual review and approval. Once your application and supporting documentation are submitted, we will complete the review and make a final decision (approved or declined) within 2-4 business days.
Who is eligible to join the Trade Program?

The program is open to interior designers, architects, contractors, home staging companies, furniture dealers, and other certified residential design and furnishing professionals involved in design projects.
